There are two Rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries available for the Inogen One G5 -- the Single (8-Cell) Battery and the Double (16-Cell) Battery. Both batteries are designed for use with all InogenOne G5 Oxygen Concentrators.
Inogen One G5 batteries are the perfect power source for trips to the store, seeing a movie, catching a flight, or a dinner out with friends. For longer trips keep multiple batteries on hand to make sure that you can get up and go whenever you want and wherever you want.
Inogen One G5 batteries will charge automatically while in the InogenOne G5 device (when connected to an AC or DC power supply), or using the External Battery Charger. Four lighted indicators on the battery indicate current overall charge.
Usage Information: For best results, Inogen One G5 batteries should be fully charged, via AC (wall) power, prior to first use. Some vehicles may not have sufficient power output to the DC Power Supply to both operate the device and charge the battery. Test your vehicle's charging capabilities prior to taking a trip.
